counties across the US.
You may select homeowners in two ways:
1) Deed Verified Homeowners - These are residences where a deed has been confirmed
confirmed. On average, these new homeowners have moved with the past 30-60
days.
2) Verified + Likely Homeowners - This group includes all of the deed verified homeowners,
plus those who moved during the last 3 months into neighborhoods where 95% or more of
the residents are homeowners.
